Peak Seasons (Holidays/New Year): During busy times, processing could take up to 5 business days.

Shipping Fees: We charge a flat rate of $5.99 for all orders, no matter where they are shipped.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
Since many of our products are fulfilled via global partners, delivery times can vary by location.

5. Order Modifications & Cancellations

Once the processing stage begins, we can no longer make any changes or cancellations.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
Your satisfaction is our priority.
