1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days after receiving your product. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original condition.

  • Unused, unworn, and with any original tags (if applicable).

  • Returned in its original packaging.

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Important: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

3. Damages & Issues

We recommend inspecting your order immediately upon delivery.

  • If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly to resolve the issue.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, plants, or flowers)

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Personal care products (such as beauty or hygiene items)

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

  • Shipping fees paid at checkout

Additionally, returns will not be accepted on:

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to:

  • Return the original item.

  • Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.

6. European Union โ€“ 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days, no justification required.

Conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and with tags.

  • It should be in its original packaging.

  • A proof of purchase is required.

This 14-day period applies in addition to the standard 30-day return policy.

7. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed.

  • Note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
